TEACHER SLAPS STUDENT ⚖️

The Visakhapatnam tragedy breaks every parent's heart. Hitting a student is not discipline; it's a crime. Under RTE Act Sec 17 & JJ Act Sec 75, physical punishment is completely banned. A slap causing death triggers culpable homicide charges under BNS Sec 105. Teachers must protect, not harm. SHARE to raise awareness. SAVE this legal right.

SCHOOL HAIRCUT Rules Explained | स्कूल में बालों के नियम

Can a school actually force your child to adopt a specific hairstyle or cut their long hair?

Yes, they can mandate it. Educational institutions have the legal authority to enforce grooming standards and dress codes to maintain uniformity and campus discipline. When you sign the admission forms, you agree to abide by the school rulebook. If a student refuses to comply, the school administration is legally permitted to take disciplinary action, which can include temporary suspension or restricting access to classes.

However, there is a major constitutional exception to school discipline laws in India. Under the fundamental rights protecting religious freedom, Sikh students are entirely exempt from such mandates. Since keeping uncut hair is an essential religious practice, no school administration can force Sikh students to cut their hair, ensuring their student legal rights are fully protected.

Steps to Take:
🛡 Always review the school prospectus and rulebook before taking admission.
🛡 If facing disciplinary action, try to resolve the issue amicably with the principal first.
🛡 If religious rights are being violated, file a formal written complaint to the school board or local education officer.

NO Maintenance For Cheating Wife ❌

Does a wife get maintenance if living in adultery?
No. Under Indian family law, if she is in an adulterous relationship, she loses her absolute right to claim monthly maintenance from her husband. The family court will reject the petition.

Does marrying an SC/ST person automatically change your caste or make you eligible for SC/ST reservation benefits in India?

The answer is NO. Under Indian law, marriage alone does not automatically confer Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) status or reservation benefits on a spouse.

The Supreme Court has repeatedly clarified that reservation benefits cannot be claimed merely because a person marries someone belonging to an SC/ST community. The principle is linked to the historical social disadvantages and discrimination that affirmative action seeks to address.

At the same time, a person who already belongs to an SC/ST community by birth generally does not lose that status merely because of marriage.

Key Supreme Court cases include Valsamma Paul v. Cochin University (1996) and Meera Kanwaria v. Sunita (2006).

ARREST GROUNDS Are Mandatory! | गिरफ्तारी के कारण बताना जरूरी है!

Police cannot simply arrest a person and keep them guessing why. The right to be informed of the grounds of arrest is a fundamental constitutional protection—and failure to communicate those grounds can seriously affect the legality of the arrest.

CAN YOU CHANGE YOUR CASTE? Legal Fact Check ⚖️

Thinking of legally changing your caste? You cannot. Under Indian law and Supreme Court guidelines, your caste is determined strictly by birth and ancestry, not by your personal choice or any legal declaration. Once born into a caste, it cannot be legally altered.
