Stop living in fear of recovery agents. ⚖️
Many people don’t realize that while banks have the right to recover dues, they **do not** have the right to harass, intimidate, or humiliate you. According to RBI guidelines, recovery agents cannot call you before 8 AM or after 7 PM, and physical threats are a criminal offense.
If you are being harassed, here is how you can approach the court:
1️⃣ **Police Complaint:** File an FIR for harassment and criminal intimidation.
2️⃣ **Injunction Order:** You can approach the Civil Court for an injunction against illegal recovery methods
3️⃣ **RBI Ombudsman:** Report the bank's violation of the Fair Practices Code.
