ROC Delhi Penalises Company for Delay in Filing INC-20A- A Quick Compliance Reminder
The Registrar of Companies (ROC), Delhi recently imposed penalties on Instant Supply Chain Solutions Private Limited and its directors for not filing Form INC-20A (Commencement of Business) on time. The Company began operations and borrowed funds soon after incorporation but filed INC-20A almost nine months later. Since this form must be filed before starting business or borrowing, it was treated as a violation.

Each director: ₹1,00,000
The ROC also directed that this non-compliance must be disclosed in the upcoming Board Report.
