It brings me immense delight to inform you that Adv. Shreya Dixit has successfully completed the “Train the Trainer- Gender Sensitisation, Diversity, Inclusion and POSH” programme offered by Protouchpro Services Pvt. Ltd. and accredited by CPD and approved by SHRM and HRCI.
The aim of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is to prevent and address sexual harassment incidents at the workplace, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for women. It seeks to prohibit sexual harassment, provide redressal mechanisms for victims, promote gender equality, and encourage women's participation in the workforce without fear of harassment.
The programme has equipped her with requisite skills to help corporate organisations constitute their respective Internal Complaints Committee’s, to formulate the draft rules as to their procedure, to train the staff and HR professionals of corporate organisations and to participate at hosting the proceedings of their respective Internal Complaints Committee’s as an external member. She seeks to enforce the mandate of this statute in its letter and spirit and to make the workplace’s of associated corporate organisations free from sexual harassment of any kind whatsoever.
