In this case, I got my client anticipatory bail for the alleged offences under offences punishable under Sections 406, 420,120Bof IPC. Relying on the Arnesh Kumar Case decided by the SC of India, the Hon'ble Court granted my client, the accused-applicant, anticipatory bail.
