DUE DATES DURING THE MONTH OF APRIL 2018

■ 10-04-2018- Due date for filing GSTR -1 for the month of February 2018 – Applicable for taxpayers with Annual Aggregate turnover More than 1.5 Crore.

■ 14-04-2018- Due date for issue of TDS Certificate for tax deducted under section 194-IA/194IB in the month of Feb 2018

■ 15-04-2018- PF & ESI Payment for m/o March 2018.

■ 18-04-2018 – Due date of GSTR-4 (filed by Composite dealer) for the period of Jan 2018 to March 2018

■ 20-04-2018- GSTR-3B (GST Monthly Summery) for the Month of March 2018

■ 30-04-2018- Due date for filing GSTR -1 for the quarter ending March 2018 – Applicable for taxpayers with Annual Aggregate turnover upto 1.5 Crore

■ 30-04-2018- Due date for deposit of tax deducted/collected at source for the month of March 2018

■ 30-04-2018 – Due date for furnishing of challan-cum-statement in respect of tax deducted under Section 194IA/194-IB in m/o March 18

वित्तीय वर्ष 2015-2016
(यानि 1 अप्रैल 2015 से 31 मार्च 2016)

और
वित्तीय वर्ष 2016-2017
(यानि 1 अप्रैल 2016 से 31 मार्च 2017)

दोनों ही वर्षो की इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न भरने की आखिरी तारीख *31 मार्च 2018* ही है,
इसके बाद इन वर्षो के रिटर्न कभी भी नही भरे जायेंगे।

अगर आपने अपना रिटर्न नही भरा और आपको भविष्य मे

किसी भी तरह का लोन लेना है,
(जैसे होम लोन,बिज़नस लोन,पर्सनल लोन,कार लोन)

Tds रिफंड लेना है,

अगर आपके fixed Deposit के ब्याज पर टैक्स कटता है,

कोई प्रॉपर्टी लेनी या बेचनी है,

बड़ी Insurance पालिसी लेनी है ,

क्रेडिट कार्ड लेना है,

mutual fund या और कही निवेश करना है ,

किसी अच्छे देश का वीजा लेना है,

या आपने नोटबंदी मे बैंक में रूपये जमा कराये है,

तो आपको बड़ी परेशानी होगी।

साथ ही साथ अगर आपकी इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न भरने की जिम्मेदारी थी और आपने नही भरा तो सेक्शन 271F के तहत आप पर 5000 रुपये का जुर्माना भी लग सकता है।

इसी कारण आप अपना *INCOME TAX RETURN* समय से फाइल कर इनकम टैक्स के नोटिस और अन्य क़ानूनी कार्यवाहियो से बचे
