“Ghar chhod diya… toh kya aapke legal rights khatam ho jaate hain?” ⚖️

Aksar log yeh galat samajhte hain ki ghar chhodne ke baad wife case file nahi kar sakti. Reality yeh hai ki law aapko protect karta hai — chahe aap ghar mein ho ya usse bahar.

Under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, domestic violence sirf physical nahi hota — emotional, verbal aur economic abuse bhi ismein include hota hai.

Agar aapne abusive environment se nikalne ka decision liya hai, toh aap apne rights lose nahi karti. Court aapko protection order, residence rights aur maintenance provide kar sakta hai.

💡 Awareness hi power hai. Sahi information aapko strong banati hai.

👉 Apne legal rights jaano. Kisi aur ko bhi yeh sach zaroor batao.

7 saal baad file hui dowry harassment complaint… kya aisa case tik paata hai court mein?
Supreme Court ne clear kaha hai — delay sirf case ko weak hi nahi, kabhi-kabhi fatal bhi bana deta hai.

Sirf vague allegations se kisi ke khilaaf criminal proceedings chalana possible nahi hota. Law facts, proof aur timing pe chalta hai — emotions par nahi.

Your Right. Your Voice. Your FIR. ⚖️

In India, no police station has the authority to refuse registering your FIR. This is not a favor — it is your legal right. Whether the incident happened in that area or somewhere else, you can file a complaint immediately. This is known as a Zero FIR, ensuring that your voice is heard without delay.

Jurisdiction is the responsibility of the police — not yours. Your responsibility is to report the crime, and the system is legally bound to act on it.

If any police officer refuses to register your FIR, remember — you are not powerless. You can escalate the matter by approaching the Superintendent of Police or even the Magistrate. The law stands with you, and your rights are protected.

Awareness is power. The more you know your rights, the stronger you become. Speak up, take action, and never let anyone deny you the justice you deserve.
