awareness among public where one can exchange the views among themselves to protect the legitimate rights and useful tips to save on bills of these essential services now a days when prices are skyrocketing. The initiative to highlight these simple common problems is revived by Ramesh Kumar Rohilla who thinks that his small attempt may greatly contribute to the evolution and spread of the awareness and its use by the people on a substantial scale for effecting redressal of such collective public grievances.

बड़ा सवाल: जब टेलीफोन कंपनी सताए तो उपभोक्ता कहां जाए?

नई दिल्‍ली। ज्‍यादा बिल भेजकर, कॉल ड्रॉप के जरिये या फिर जबरन ऑफर थमाकर, आपकी जेब से रोजाना मनमाने पैसे निकाल लेने वाली मोबाइल कंपनियों के खिलाफ देश की किसी भी न्‍याय संस्‍था में क्या कोई नागरिक शिकायत दर्ज नहीं करा सकता? क्या कोई उपभोक्‍ता किसी टेलीकॉम कंपनी से ली गई सेवा में खामी या अनियमितता होने पर उसके खिलाफ जिला अदालत, उपभोक्‍ता फोरम, हाईकोर्ट यहां तक कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट का भी दरवाजा नहीं खटखटा सकता? दिल्‍ली के रहने वाले रमेश कुमार रोहिल्‍ला की मानें तो हां! रोहिल्ला पिछले चार साल से एक टेलीकॉम कंपनी के खिलाफ उपभोक्ता फोरम से लेकर सर्वोच्च न्यायालय तक से गुहार लगा चुके हैं।
