This internship offers practical exposure to **Intellectual Property, Litigation, and Legal Research work**, making it an excellent opportunity for law students who want real court and chamber experience.

⏳ **Duration:** 3 Months
💰 **Stipend:** ₹3,100 – ₹4,200 per month

**A. Intellectual Property Work**
• Filing trademark applications
• Drafting examination report replies
• Client management & follow-ups
• Lead conversion from website/social media
• Telephonic & WhatsApp client communication

**B. Litigation & Court Work**
• Drafting recovery suits (Order 37 CPC)
• Cheque bounce matters under the NI Act
• Matrimonial matters
• Filing PF and pleadings in district courts
• Obtaining certified copies
• Police station applications
• Court visits & procedural work

**C. Office & Research Work**
• Legal drafting & chamber assistance
• Writing legal articles
• Maintaining client records & case tracking
• Data management in MS Word, Excel & Google Sheets

• Law students (preferably **2nd year onwards**) or recent graduates
• Good communication skills (**Hindi & English**)
• Must own a **laptop**
• Basic knowledge of **MS Word, Excel & Google Sheets**
