Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 - In-house deliberation

The complex judgments under IBC, 2016 rendered by NCLT/NCLAT in recent past caused a regulatory and practice stress. We have received several queries requesting us to deliberate on these issues objectively to bring clarity on them. Thus, we have prepared point by point analysis of each such judgments for better appreciation and understanding.

Keeping in view these requests, we are organizing an in-house closed door deliberation session on 02.09.2017 i.e saturday at 11:00 AM at our office B-4/115, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, Delhi 110029 , where we will analyse if these Judgments are correct or not and, if not, what should be the correct position of law and why?
