Click on continue button.
Choose your own password.
Form will be open.
Upload photo, Fill all details.

*Important Documents Required for application of PROXIMITY ID CARD*

1. Soft copy of your latest photo in robe/ dress with white background (size 240 KB)
2. Soft copy of your any Government ID (e.g.: Adhar Card, Voter Id card, driving license, passport, etc.) (size 100 KB)
3. ⁠Soft copy of your Bar Council Id Card or Bar council certificate both side.
4. Soft copy of your document showing Membership No. with the Bar Association, both sides.
5. ⁠Signature with black ink on white background

As per the call given by the co-ordination committee of all district bar Association, an emerging meeting was called and has Unanimously decided that there shall be a *complete suspension of work on 15.07.2024 i.e Monday* as a mark of protest against the amendment in CRPC regarding recording of evidence of the Complainant and the witness through video conferencing from the concern police station and least to say that same shall highly prejudice the rights of the accused and effect the course of cross examination.

All the honourable members of delivery decision are requested to completely extend from work on 15.07.2024.

The members are requested to fully corporate.
All the judicial officers are also requested to co-operate and not to pass any adverse order in any case and oblige the bar.

All of you must be aware about the Judgement of Delhi High Court on single day election ie *19th of October.*

1) You are required to clear the dues of Bar from *your personal bank account in the month of *July* only. *There will be no extension of time.*
*No dues by cash*

2) You will be further required to submit proof of 12 appearances (not vakalatnama ) in any court of Delhi for voting right between August 2023 to July 2024.
*Multiple appearances* along with main Councel will be sufficient.

3) There may be 12 appearances in one case also.
So requested to ensure the appearances, in case any problem can contact me.
