Important notice for the students
1. Wish all the students a very best for the forthcoming examination.
2. Students are advised to submit the scripts on the OBE portal only- obe.uod.ac.in
3. Time for writing the total number of answers is 3 hrs ONLY. One hr is given for the downloading the question paper and uploading the answer script on the OBE portal.
4. If portal submission gets delayed, student can use additional one hr to upload the scripts on the OBE portal- obe.uod.ac.in, but in that case students have to submit documentary evidences (4-5 screenshots). In another words, students will have (3 hrs for writing the answers + 1 hr for downloading the question paper and uploading the answer script + 1 hr for delayed submission for that documentary evidence-screenshots- needs to be submitted). If submission does not take place during 3+1+1 hrs, students can submit their scripts to the Nodal Officer of their college by email. See the College or the University website for the email, mobile no of the college nodal officers.
5. Delayed submission beyond given time will not be accepted. Email submission should be the last option and should be used only under the emergency situations and should be submitted only at the notified email ID of the concerned Nodal Officer.
6. Submission by both email and portal will not be accepted.
7. Results of Email submitted students may get delayed due to verification process as it happened during OBE-I Examinations.
8. PWD students should submit scripts on the OBE portal or provided email ID. If submitted by email, they should submit scripts ONLY at the email ID provided to them and shouldn't submit to the nodal officers. Other students should not submit scripts at the email ID given to the PWD students.
9. PG students may contact the HoDs for clarification, if any required.

छात्रों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण सूचना
1. सभी छात्रों को आगामी परीक्षा के लिए बहुत-बहुत शुभकामनाएँ।
2. छात्रों को केवल ओबीई पोर्ट में स्क्रिप्ट जमा करने की सलाह दी जाती है।
3. लिखने के लिए समय केवल 3 घंटा है। प्रश्न-पत्र के डाउनलोड और ओबीई पोर्टल पर स्क्रिप्ट अपलोड के लिए एक घंटा दिया जाता है।
4. यदि पोर्टल सबमिशन में देरी हो गई है, तो छात्र ओबीई पोर्टल में स्क्रिप्ट अपलोड करने के लिए अतिरिक्त एक घंटे का उपयोग कर सकता है, लेकिन उस स्थिति में छात्रों को दस्तावेजी सबूत (4-5 स्नैप शॉट्स) जमा करने होंगे। दूसरे शब्दों में, छात्रों के पास (उत्तर लिखने के लिए 3 घंटे + प्रश्न पत्र डाउनलोड करने और लिपियों को अपलोड करने के लिए के लिए 1 घंटा और + 1 घंटा उस दस्तावेजी साक्ष्य के लिए प्रस्तुत करने की आवश्यकता होगी)। यदि 3 + 1 + 1 घंटा के दौरान ओबीई पोर्टल में स्क्रिप्ट अपलोड संभव नहीं है, तो छात्र अपनी स्क्रिप्ट ईमेल द्वारा कॉलेज के नोडल अधिकारी को भेज सकते हैं। कॉलेज के नोडल अधिकारी ईमेल के लिए वेबसाइट देखें।
5. दिए गए समय से विलंबित स्क्रिप्ट स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। ईमेल सबमिशन केवल आपातकालीन स्थितियों के तहत होना चाहिए और केवल अधिसूचित ईमेल आईडी पर भेजा जाना चाहिए।
6. ईमेल और पोर्टल दोनों द्वारा सबमिशन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
7. ईमेल द्वारा सबमिशन छात्रों के परिणाम सत्यापन प्रक्रिया के कारण विलंबित हो सकते हैं क्योंकि यह पिचला ओबीई परीक्षा के दौरान भी हुआ था।
8. पीडब्ल्यूडी के छात्र ओबीई पोर्टल या ईमेल आईडी से स्क्रिप्ट सबमिट कर सकते हैं। यदि ईमेल द्वारा सबमिट किया जाता है, तो केवल उन्हें प्रदान की गई ईमेल आईडी पर स्क्रिप्ट जमा करनी चाहिए और नोडल अधिकारियों को जमा नहीं करनी चाहिए। अन्य छात्रों को पीडब्ल्यूडी छात्रों को दी गई ईमेल आईडी पर स्क्रिप्ट सबमिट नहीं करनी चाहिए।
9. पीजी छात्र यदि कोई हो, तो स्पष्टीकरण के लिए HoDs से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
