Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi is pleased to have Mr. Saurabh Bhardwaj as the keynote speaker for the Panel on “INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE” for the 3rd International Conference on “Artificial Intelligence and International Law.”

He is the Partner of Ortis Law Offices. His team is working with several tech-startups building businesses around cryptocurrency/Defi. Web3, blockchain, metaverse, artificial intelligence and machine learning. He is himself building a legal tech company by the name of TrueCounsel which will use artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate legal operations for businesses.

Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi is pleased to have Mrs. Cecilia Inés Silberberg, Embassy Counselor, and Consul at the Argentine Embassy in India as Chief guest for the Panel on “Privacy Regulation of AI” for the 3rd International Conference on “Artificial Intelligence and International Law.”
Mrs. Cecilia Inés Silberberg holds a Ph.D. in International Law and International Relations from the Universidad. Autónoma de Madrid. She is a Diplomat, and at present, she holds the Counsellor of Embassy and Consul position in the Argentine Embassy in India. She has held diplomatic positions in the legal and International Organization Divisions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of Argentina, and the Argentine Embassies in Algeria and Canada.

Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi is pleased to have Mr Ameen Jauhar as Special guest for the Panel on “Introduction and Regulations of AI in Governance and Defence Sector” for the 3rd International Conference on “Artificial Intelligence and International Law.”

Mr. Ameen is a Senior Resident Fellow at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy and leads the Centre for Applied Law and Technology Research (ALTR). His interest and research focus lies in AI ethics, and the governance of AI. Within ALTR, he has been leading the team's collaborative research on data trusts, and artificial intelligence.

Mr. Pradeep Rai is a Senior Advocate and Vice-President of the Supreme Court Bar Association. Mr. Rai has over 25 years of standing at the Bar in the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Commissions, Regulatory Bodies and Tribunals. He has an experience in litigation across a wide spectrum of civil, criminal, revenue, and constitutional issues.
