*Delhi Will Choke in the Coming Years- All high rise buildings!!!-* Delhi High Court

Indian Polo Association filed a plea in the Delhi High Court challenging the Centre's eviction notice for the 15.20-acre Jaipur Polo Ground in Lutyens' Delhi.

High Court criticized the government's move, warning that taking over key green spaces would cause the capital to "choke". Demolishing open, green spaces for high-rises or government buildings will make the capital unlivable.

Eviction matter to be decided by Trial Court expeditiously.

_Tenany Law vis-à-vis Adverse Possession_

Tenants, whether they have stayed for five years or fifty, cannot claim ownership of rented property through adverse possession.

“A tenant occupies the property only with the permission of the owner; therefore, the rule of adverse possession does not apply.”

In a suit for eviction, the proof of ownership of the tenanted premises is not to be strictly looked at as in a suit for declaration
of title.

Using *social media* to circulate allegations of inappropriate touching and revealing the identity of Plaintiff along with his photograph before a formal investigation even commences, in a prima facie view of this Court, is a severe transgression of the plaintiff's fundamental right to live with dignity and have fair trial.

Even endorsement of unverified allegations has inflicted immediate, exponential, and incalculable harm on the Plaintiff's reputation.

Not just the weighty precedents, but even
plain common sense dictates that Clause of Contract cannot be so construed as to let one party to a dispute decide whether the other party is in breach.
