Anvita singh failed patent agent exam in 2011 due to viva voice but is going to be registered as a patent agent due to highcourt judgment, the rule regarding clearing of exam is unknown after this :-)

Patent agent, Patent agent exam. The main objective of the IPA, India is to provide professional training for candidates of Patent Attorneys and to assist candidates in obtaining qualifications necessary to practice as a Patent Agent under the Patent Act and Rules.
