Marital R**e laws In India
It is very Important to know that recently there has been a discussion on Marital R**e laws .The discussion basically Relates to if there can be a provision for marital r**e against husband . Some of the people who back or support such laws are themselves single . But here it is important to share our views in how such laws will drastically effect the people of India and its family culture and ethics .
India is a country of traditions and vast history and in Hinduisum husband was treated as God in pre historic times ,well the times have changed and so thus laws also have changed ,now the people are concerned about basic human rights .
Our constitution gives us rights of equality (It is not practically followed in fact for example reservation etc )
But today we are discussing how these laws will effect us and are marital r**e laws for benifit of India or not .
Let us first know that what are the benifits of specific laws and how did they helped .
Laws like Abolishon of Sati pratha and anti dowry laws were enacted for the betterment of women and to empower her . As we all know that how Dowry laws were highly misused and how false and fabricated cases used to be made due to such laws . In fact The Dowry law is one of those rare laws which were highly misused and people used to call it a was of LEGAL EXTORTION . A Girl used to marry and then a Man and then used to accuse any family of huge dowry demands and as we all know that innocent people used to get arrested .
So ,Now let us talk about Marital R**e . People discuss about such laws as we tend to copy every event ,every tv show and every law from western countries we think that all that is better but we tend to forget that India is different country in terms of geography demographics etc . In India if the law of Marital R**e comes ,let us see how it can be misused ,Let us take an example :firstly a lady will get married . Then she will ask her husband to do anything which she wishes to ,in case husband or his family resists she will blackmail him and his family to put a false marital r**e case against him . Even this is not then she can call her boyfriend in front of her husband and have s*x in front of his husband and in laws ,she will threaten her in laws of Dare consequences and if this is not enough she can also do blackmail her mother in law and ask her to do s*x with any other man and if someone resists then she can make false r**e case .(MORAL DON'T GIVE SO MUCH POWER TO A LADY THAT SHE CAN DESTROY ENTIRE FAMILY DUE TO SMALL DISPUTES PEOPLE WIIL FEAR TO GET MARRIED )
Let us also evaluate the above example . Why such laws are important ? Well if we see in India before dowry laws less divorce used to happen and after such laws families got destroyed .So in other words if any country is developing and getting prosperous make such laws which destroys the basic fabric of such nation .For example a Soldier who is very efficient and can counter many terrorists.Now his wife is lonely she makes a boyfriend and then she wants to get ot of responsibility of marriage ,she threatens her husband and then she misuses such law and due to tension and fake case we loose a hardworking soldier .So these laws are actually promoted by Anti India powers in the name of women protection . Is women protected more without her husband and only with her boyfriend? If yes then why she marries ? Does she not know that after marriage she will have s*x? And the most Important factor is what if a male does not want to have s*x with his wife and she forcibly pulls him for s*x? Is r**e only with female are males not subjected to it after marriage ? We feel laws should be equal not biased on any gender else they can be highly misused and destroy the basic fabric of India
