नई दिल्लीः - सुप्रीम कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसलाः धर्म परिवर्तन करते ही खत्म हो जाएगा SC/ST का दर्जा

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एससी-एसटी एक्ट को लेकर मंगलवार को एक महत्वपूर्ण फैसला सुनाते हुए स्पष्ट किया है कि यदि कोई व्यक्ति हिंदू, सिख या बौद्ध धर्म के अलावा किसी अन्य धर्म को अपनाता है, तो उसका अनुसूचित जाति (SC/ST) का दर्जा तुरंत और पूरी तरह समाप्त हो जाएगा। साथ भी वह इस श्रेणी के तहत मिलने वाले लाभों के पात्र भी नहीं रहेंगे।

In a landmark judgment in Uttar Pradesh, a special P∅CS∅ court in Banda sentenced a former government junior engineer, Ram Bhawan (50), and his wife, Durgawati (47), to d€ath for the pr∅longed s€xual ab*se of 33 young boys, some as young as three years old. Over nearly a decade, the couple luπed children with games, money and gifts, ab*sed them, and recorded v!deos and ph∅tos of the acts. These expl∅itative materials were sold on the dark web to clients in dozens of countries, exp∅sing a global child-expl∅itation network. The court termed the cπimes “rarest of rare” due to the severe phy$ical and p$ychological haπm inflicted on the victims. The verdict is seen as a powerful message against child s€xual ab*se and cyber expl∅itation.
