JURISDICTION — Res judicata — There were FDs kept with OPs in the joint names of three persons and one of three had written a letter of objection to the OP bank — Complainants decided to approach Consumer Fora whereas they ought to have filed an appeal before a higher Civil Court in case they were not satisfied with impugned order — This was clearly a case of res judicata.
