Leading together, towards a brighter future 🌄
Our Leadership Strategy Offsite brought together the leadership and senior team of SSRana & Co. in Dehradun a deliberate step away from the daily rhythm of the desk to align on the firm's direction, and to reconnect not merely as colleagues, but as people. For all our distinct practices, we remain one firm in pursuit of one purpose.
Set against Dehradun's hills and clear mountain air, it proved an ideal setting in which to think as one: candid conversation, clear ownership, and a shared plan that each of us carried home.
Practices and functions that seldom intersect in the course of a busy week found themselves in a single room understanding what each requires of the other, and leaving with a common direction for the year ahead. It is a timely reminder that the most enduring strategies are built not in silos, but around a table at which every voice is heard.
And because sound strategy rests on genuine goodwill, we made time to unwind fine food, a memorable evening at Maldevta, and a celebration in which we danced, laughed, and marked the occasion together, as one family. An evening, we suspect, that will be recounted for some time yet.
It is moments such as these that turn a group of colleagues into a team that stands together: through demanding deadlines, hard-won victories, and everything in between.
