Happy International Women’s Day!

We had a truly inspiring celebration of International Women’s Day at SSRana & Co., bringing together moments of learning, reflection, and appreciation for the incredible women who contribute to our workplace and beyond.

We were honoured to welcome Dr. Archana Chugh from the Kusuma School of Biological Sciences, IIT Delhi, as our Guest of Honour and Keynote Speaker. Her insightful session highlighted the importance of perseverance, continuous learning, and the growing role of women in science and leadership. Her inspiring words encouraged us to keep fostering an environment where talent, determination, and ambition can truly thrive.

Our celebration was further enriched by the thoughtful insights shared by our Founding Partner Ms. Bindra Rana, Managing Partners Mr. Vikrant Rana and Mrs. Lucy Rana, along with our Senior Partners/Members of the SS Rana team, who emphasized the importance of building an inclusive workplace, supporting women’s growth, and recognizing the invaluable contributions women make across every sphere of our organization.

Aligned with this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” the session reminded us that when we support, uplift, and create opportunities for one another, we all grow together, both as individuals and as a community.

Adding to the spirit of the celebration, the women of our team came dressed in beautiful shades of purple, symbolizing justice, dignity, and the strength of women worldwide. It was wonderful to see everyone come together to mark the occasion with pride and positivity.

The event served as a beautiful reminder that meaningful progress is built when we listen, support, and uplift one another.

We are pleased to share that S.S. Rana & Co. exchanged a Letter of Intent (LoI) with iTnT (Tamil Nadu Technology Hub (iTNT)) at 2026, held at the iTnT Pavilion.

The LoI was exchanged between iTnT, represented by its CEO, Ms. Vanitha Venugopal, and S.S. Rana & Co., represented by Mr. J***y Solomon Raj, Associate Partner, marking an important step towards future collaboration in the areas of innovation, technology, and intellectual property support for startups and the broader ecosystem in Tamil Nadu.

The occasion was honoured by the presence of Mr. Thiru Palanivel Thyaagarajan, Hon’ble Minister for Information Technology and Digital Services, Government of Tamil Nadu, underscoring the state’s strong commitment to fostering industry–innovation partnerships.

The spirit of Diwali illuminated our office, filling every corner with warmth, color, and happiness!

Our workplace sparkled with joy as we celebrated Diwali, the festival of light, knowledge, and victory. The day was a true reflection of togetherness, creativity, and festive cheer, with every team contributing to make the celebration truly special.

Brimming with enthusiasm, our teams went above and beyond, transforming their floors into vibrant showcases of imagination and festive spirit. Each space was beautifully adorned with diyas, lights, and colorful decorations that radiated positivity and joy. The rangolis were a standout feature, their intricate designs and vibrant hues perfectly capturing the essence of Diwali.

To add an interactive element to the festivities, we hosted a Diya Painting Competition that inspired everyone to express their creativity in bright and beautiful ways. The enthusiasm and artistic flair on display were truly remarkable, bringing out the best in all of us.

The excitement didn’t stop there — everyone arrived in ethnic wear, lighting up the workplace with colors, smiles, and festive energy. This added a beautiful cultural touch to our celebration, making the day even more memorable. We also enjoyed a delicious Diwali lunch together, sharing laughter, conversations, and festive delicacies that brought us closer as one big family.

Our recently inaugurated Chennai office also joined the joyous celebrations as it glowed with festive cheer and decorations.

Celebrating the 79th Independence Day with Pride and Purpose!

This Independence Day, S.S. Rana & Co. came together to honor the spirit of freedom, unity, and commitment that binds us as a nation.

As part of the celebrations, we introduced our Independence Day Pledge Wall, where members penned heartfelt pledges from promoting sustainability and civic responsibility to fostering kindness and inclusivity. These inspiring messages reminded us that true independence comes with the responsibility to create positive change in society.

The theme of the day was tricolour - saffron, white, and green symbolizing courage, peace, and growth. The office came alive with patriotic decorations, warm camaraderie, and the shared pride of being part of a free and diverse nation. We also recognized the Best Dressed, celebrating those who proudly showcased their patriotic spirit through their attire. Adding to the joy, sweets were distributed, spreading smiles and festive cheer among all.

Celebrating Holi with Vibrant Colors and Creativity!

This Holi, S.S. Rana & Co. came together for a vibrant and colorful celebration that reflected both our spirit of teamwork and creativity.

We organized a fun-filled Earthen Gullak Art Painting activity where our members painted their gullaks, showcasing their creativity and art while spreading the joys of festivity.

The activity was followed with a delightful High Tea, wherein our Members indulged in scrumptious snacks while bonding over the spirit of unity, fun, and togetherness.

The theme of the day was "White and Colorful," where everyone arrived in white attire and left covered in beautiful colourful hues – a true reflection of how we embrace diversity and teamwork in our work culture. We also honored the Best Dressed participant, adding an extra touch of excitement and fun to the day!
