The freedom struggle was not shaped by silence. It was shaped by questions, disagreements, ideas, arguments and conversations in public meetings, newspapers, classrooms, legislatures and countless gatherings where people dared to ask:
What kind of India do we want?

That spirit of debate and discussion did not end with independence. It helped shape the Constitution, strengthen our democracy and build the India we see today.

And even after 80 years, the work continues.
A democracy remains alive when its people question, listen, disagree, reason and engage with one another. Because the India of tomorrow will not be built by silence, but by the ideas we are willing to debate today.
This Independence Day, let us celebrate not only the freedom we inherited, but also the freedom to think, question, discuss and dissent.

Mantavya, in collaboration with Debate & Discussion, successfully organized a Youth Conclave at the Campus Law Centre on 11th and 12th April. The two-day event brought together participants from diverse academic streams, creating a dynamic platform for intellectual exchange and dialogue.

The conclave featured engaging discussions, debates, and interactive sessions on contemporary issues, encouraging students to express their perspectives and critically analyze varying viewpoints. Participants actively contributed to meaningful conversations, reflecting the spirit of youth-driven discourse.
