I anita dhingra would like to share that I have decided to change my post of president to hon. Secretary for the following reasons:-
As you all know that I have more than 13 year of practice and the amended constitition of shahadra bar requires 15 years of practice as eligibility criteria to contest for the post of president.
Many before me having less than 7 years of experience/practice have been granted permission with the help of bar association but when I decided to contest the election , none of the bar members have supported me due to their inner politics.
This is the reality of our karkardooma court where advocate who doesn’t have up standing and practice are the ones who control the reins of karkardooma court through bar association.
I want to bring change, I want to provide every facilities which is required for the growth of each advocate .
I want to facilitate chambers and seats to those who have none .
I want to facilitate paid internships for the interns and juniors advocates .
I want to be the voice for my fellow advocates and be responsible to them.
Kindly support my mission with your precious vote because you have the power to choose a bar which favours growth not their own advancement!!
