Data Privacy Day: Where Data Privacy Meets Peaceful Resolution

On Data Privacy Day, we reflect on India’s evolving framework for personal data protection under the DPDP Act, 2023, which emphasizes trust, responsibility, and efficiency.

The Act introduces mediation as a mechanism to resolve personal data related disputes, allowing parties to reach mutually acceptable solutions while upholding trust and collaboration.

At Maadhyam, we are committed to upholding confidentiality, protecting personal data, enabling responsible dispute resolution, and fostering a culture of trust in the digital ecosystem.

Let us shape a digital future where personal data is safeguarded, trust is nurtured, and disputes are resolved through collaboration.
