It is with immense pride that Indo Legal Services LLP announces the successful launch of the book “Legal Kisse- Digest on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016”, authored by our Managing Partner, Mr. Ashutosh Gupta our Partner, Mr. Gaurav Rana, and published by Commercial Law Publishers.
The launch event, held on Friday, 29th August 2025 at the Judge’s Lounge, Delhi High Court, was a moment of celebration not just for our firm but also for the larger legal community engaged in shaping the jurisprudence under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

The book itself brings together carefully curated insights from landmark judgments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, captured in a manner that is engaging, concise, and relevant for professionals, students, and all who wish to keep abreast with the evolving legal landscape. Through “Legal Kisse”, we seek to contribute meaningfully to the dialogue on corporate law and dispute resolution while making complex concepts more relatable.
