MCA Opens One-Time Compliance Window for Companies to Complete Pending Filings with Reduced Additional Fees. MCA introduces CCFS-2026, providing companies a one-time opportunity to file pending ROC returns with an additional fee of only 10%.

The scheme will remain valid until July 15, 2026. Circular No. 01/2026 stipulates that the scheme will be in effect from April 15, 2026, to July 15, 2026.
