The SICCI Centre for ADR and Kovise Foundation Conflict Resolution International (KFCRI) co-hosted Dato' Mary Lim, Director of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Malaysia, on March 15, 2025.

Inbavijayan Veeraraghavan, International Arbitrator, Head of the SICCI Centre for ADR, and Global Advisor at KFCRI, engaged in a brief discussion on both domestic and international arbitration in Tamil Nadu, India. The collaborative efforts of KFCRI and the SICCI Centre for ADR to establish Chennai as a key arbitration hub in the Global South, in cooperation with AIAC, were emphasized. This initiative was further highlighted through the announcement of the Global South ADR Thirunaal/ Day (GSADRT/D) Virtual Event scheduled for May 23, 2025.

Dato' Mary Lim's visit to the centre provided significant momentum, setting a positive tone for advancing the event and its objectives.
