Preparation and Ex*****on:-
Prepare and execute Welcome Letters and Allotment Letters with precision and attention to detail.
Customer Relations:-
Handle customer grievances promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Quality Adherence:-
Adhere to quality norms and maintain high standards of customer service.
Comprehensive Support:-
Facilitate comprehensive customer requirements in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
Collaboration:-
Resolve customer complaints in coordination with other departments such as Project, Accounts, and Legal, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Core Competencies:-
Customer Complaint Resolution: Proficient in resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently.
Skills:-
Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Presentation: Ability to create compelling presentations.
Information Updates: Regularly update construction status at the site to all customers via email every fortnight.
Ambitious: Ambitious and committed to delivering excellence in customer service.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve telephonic as well as written customer queries effectively.
