What actually makes you stand out in an interview? It’s more than just your marks.

The Training and Placement Cell brought third-year students a practical session on “The Magic of Interview”, led by Mr. Abiraman Ramanathan, Founder & CEO, Akadmex, the session went beyond the usual interview tips, from real placement stories and what recruiters actually look for, to a live coding demonstration with a student on stage. Students also got insights into professional etiquette, digital presence, workplace readiness and the skills that can make a real difference when it’s time to face the interview panel.
With an interactive Q&A and hands-on onboarding through Akadmex, the session was all about one thing: being ready when your opportunity comes.

The KVCET campus came alive in the colours, sounds and spirit of Onam.

There was Mahabali, arriving with all the grandeur a beloved king deserves. The Chenda Melam rolled through the campus, filling the air with a rhythm that brought everyone together. Pookalams added colour at every turn, and everywhere you looked, there was something to smile about.

Everyone seemed to have found their own little reason to celebrate. And perhaps the best part was that nobody was in much of a hurry. We simply enjoyed the moment, met friends, laughed a little louder and let the day unfold.

It was loud. It was colourful. It was traditional. It was wonderfully chaotic.

In short, it was an Adipoli Onam at KVCET.
