I strongly condemn the illegal and unlawful action of the NIA in raiding the house of member of the Punjab and Haryana Bar Association Dr. Shelly Sharma. The illegal action of confiscation of the Mobile Phones is also violation of Section 126 to 129 of the Indian Evidence Act.

Standing in Solidarity with the legal Farternity against the illegal and unlawful action of the NIA.
