Relaxation in Submission of E Filing of Form 15CA/15CB by CBDT dated 14th June 2021.

As per the Income-tax Act, 1961, there is a requirement to furnish Form15CA/15CB electronically. Presently, taxpayers required to upload the Form 15CA, along with the Chartered Accountant Certificate in Form 15CB, wherever applicable, on the e-filing portal, before submitting the copy to the authorized dealer for any foreign remittance.

As per the above press release, taxpayers can submit the aforesaid Forms in manual format to the authorized dealers till June 30th, 2021. Authorized dealers are advised to accept such Forms till June 30th,2021 for the purpose of foreign remittances.

However Taxpayers has to upload these forms at later date(to be notified) for for the purpose of generation of the Document Identification Number

Followings relaxations has been allowed under GST via notification no. 08/2021(CGST) 09/2021(CGST) 10/2021(CGST) 11/2021(CGST) 12/2021(CGST) 13/2021(CGST) 14/2021(CGST) dated 01.05.2021.

A. Interest Payments.

1.Turnover having more than 5 crores--Relaxtion for march 21 and April 21 charging interest@9% for first 15 days and thereafter 18%

2. Turnover of assessee having less than Five crores-- Applicable for QRMP scheme as well as normal Scheme--
Relaxation from interest payments for March 21 and April 21 as well as quarter ending march 21,charging interest@ Nil for first 15 days, 9% for next 15 days and 18% thereafter.

B. Waiver in late fees for furnishing Gstr-3B March 2021 and April 2021

1. Turnover of Assessee having more than five crore- Nil, if return of March and April 21 is filed with in 15 days from due date, thereafter no waiver.

2. Turnover of Assessee is less than five crores--Applicable for QRMP scheme as well as normal scheme--Nil, if return of March and April 21 is filed with in 30 days from due date, thereafter no waiver

Other Relaxations

GSTR-4 due date extended to 31st May 21

ITC-04 due date extended to 31st May 21 for Jan-Mar quarter

GSTR-1 due daye for April'21 extended to 26th May and IFF due date extended to 28th May.

Timeline for all other proceedings, asset order etc. Whose last date of completion falls between 15th April to 30th May is extended to 31st May 21
