कालच महाड येथे पाच मजली इमारत पडली याबद्दल दोन महत्वाचे विचार सांगायचे आहेत . आज काल जो उठतो तो ठेकेदार आहे असे सांगून इमारत उभी करतो पण त्य कामावर देखरेखीसाठी एकही technical civil चा ना इंजिनिअर ना supervisor नसतो .आपण साधी मेथीची जुडी घेतेवेलेस आलटून पालटून बघून घेतो परंतु कमी दर असल्याने कोणतीही चौकशी न करता फ्लॅट घेतो . यात लोकांची पण चुकी आहे हे लक्षात घेण्यासारखी बाब आहे . आणखी दहा वर्षानंतर अशाच प्रकारे इमारती पडत राहतील . माणसे मरत राहतील.यापुढे तरी साधारण माणसाने हुशार होऊन आपल्या घराचे काम करतेवेळी एक तरी टेक्निकल माणूस ठेवणे जरुरीचे आहे .50 लाखाचा बंगलो बांधेल पण supervision साठी 50 हजार खर्च करणार नाही . नाहीतर असेच मरत राहाल सावधान राहाल तरच सुरक्षित रहाल .
