⚖️ POSH Compliance Update
The Supreme Court has directed all States & UTs to complete a district-wise POSH compliance survey within 6 weeks (from 12th Aug 2025).

👉 Workplaces with 10+ employees must:
✅ Have an Internal Committee (with 1 external member)
✅ Adopt an anti-harassment policy
✅ Conduct awareness/training sessions
✅ File an annual compliance report

❌ Non-compliance may lead to penalties, licence issues, and reputational risks.
