ये तस्वीरें बाबा की नहीं… एक साधारण युवक की हैं। 🙏

नाम था लक्ष्मण नारायण शर्मा। जन्म अकबरपुर, फ़िरोज़ाबाद में। न कोई आश्रम, न कोई भीड़, न कोई नाम।

फिर एक छोटे से गाँव नीब करौरी ने उन्हें वो नाम दिया जिसे आज पूरी दुनिया जानती है।

लक्ष्मण दास → हांडी वाले बाबा → तिकोनिया वाले बाबा → तलैया बाबा → नीम करोली बाबा

उन्होंने कभी किसी नाम को पकड़ा नहीं। बस तीन बातें कहीं —
सबसे प्रेम करो। सबकी सेवा करो। राम को याद रखो।

1964 में कैंची धाम बना। और फिर वो पहाड़ी दुनिया भर के लोगों को खींचने लगी।

11 सितंबर 1973 को उन्होंने शरीर छोड़ा — पर भीड़ आज भी उतनी ही है। क्योंकि जो प्रेम बँटता है, वो कभी ख़त्म नहीं होता।
