Big Relief for Noida Flat Buyers: High Court Opens the Way for Flat Registries Within 90 Days
Thousands of flat buyers in Noida and Greater Noida finally have a reason to celebrate. After years of delay, legal hurdles, and uncertainty over flat registries, the Allahabad High Court has given a major relief that could change the lives of many families.

देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में जिला कोर्ट के एक 30 वर्षीय युवा जज ने क्यों अपनी जान दी ??

पूछता है भारत !

जज अमन कुमार शर्मा की बहन के ससुर कहते हैं, "...मैंने फ़ोन पर अपने बेटे से बात की, जिसने मुझे बताया कि वे अमन को सफदरजंग अस्पताल ले जा रहे हैं। जब तक मैं अस्पताल पहुँचा, डॉक्टर उसे पहले ही मृत घोषित कर चुके थे... पुलिस को दिए गए उनके पिता के बयान के अनुसार, कल रात लगभग 10 बजे, अमन ने उन्हें फ़ोन करके बताया था कि वह बहुत परेशान है और उसके लिए जीना मुश्किल हो गया है।

उसके पिता उसी समय अलवर से निकल पड़े और रात लगभग 12 बजे यहाँ पहुँचे। यहाँ पहुँचने पर उन्हें पता चला कि अमन का अपनी पत्नी के साथ झगड़ा चल रहा था।

उसने अपने पिता को बताया कि पिछले दो महीनों से उसे परेशान किया जा रहा था। उसकी पत्नी (स्वाति) एक न्यायिक अधिकारी है, और उसकी बहन एक IAS अधिकारी (निधि मलिक) है, जो अभी जम्मू में तैनात है।

अमन के अनुसार, निधि मलिक उसकी ज़िंदगी में दखल दे रही थी, और वह उसके घर-परिवार को नियंत्रित कर रही थी... अमन के पिता ने बताया कि उनकी बहू ने उनसे कहा कि अगर आप यहाँ से नहीं गए, तो वह पुलिस को बुला लेगी... अगली सुबह, अमन के पिता ने अपनी बहू के माता-पिता से संपर्क करने की कोशिश की, लेकिन उन्होंने उनका फ़ोन ब्लॉक कर दिया था... फिर घर में झगड़ा शुरू हो गया।

इसलिए अमन के पिता दूसरे कमरे में चले गए। उनके अनुसार, स्वाति बहुत गुस्से में थी और चिल्ला रही थी, जबकि अमन रो रहा था। थोड़ी देर बाद, शोर बंद हो गया। उन्होंने थोड़ी देर इंतज़ार किया, यह सोचकर कि झगड़ा सुलझ गया होगा।

जब कुछ समय बाद वह उन्हें देखने गए, तो उन्होंने स्वाति से पूछा कि अमन कहाँ है, जिस पर उसने जवाब दिया कि उसे नहीं पता... जब उन्होंने अमन के मोबाइल पर फ़ोन किया, तो उन्हें बाथरूम के अंदर फ़ोन बजने की आवाज़ सुनाई दी। उन्होंने बाथरूम के दरवाज़े पर दस्तक दी और अमन से दरवाज़ा खोलने को कहा। इसी दौरान, युद्धवीर (स्वाति के चाचा) और निधि मलिक वहाँ पहुँच गए।

उन्होंने बहुत कोशिश की, दरवाज़े पर फर्नीचर से ज़ोर-ज़ोर से मारा, लेकिन दरवाज़ा नहीं खुला। तब पड़ोसियों ने उन्हें बताया कि शाफ़्ट में एक खिड़की है। इसलिए वे एक सीढ़ी ले आए।

गार्ड शंकर सीढ़ी चढ़कर ऊपर गया, खिड़की तोड़ी और बाथरूम में घुस गया। उसने देखा कि अमन फंदे से लटका हुआ था”

गंभीर अपराधों में आरोपी समझौते से नहीं बच सकता:-इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट

इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया है कि गंभीर प्रकृति के अपराधों में आरोपी केवल समझौते के आधार पर आपराधिक कार्यवाही से बच नहीं सकता। अदालत के अनुसार ऐसे मामलों में अपराध की गंभीरता, समाज पर उसका प्रभाव और न्याय की प्रक्रिया सर्वोपरि होती है, इसलिए केवल आपसी सुलह से मुकदमे को समाप्त करना उचित नहीं माना जा सकता।
