There is little change to waive this Late return filling fees....
It's also a burden of Taxpayers.

Up government introduce it's E-ticket bill concept from 26 of July 2017.
Eway bill-01= for transporting goods out side from up worth RS.5000.
Eway bill-01= for transporting specifiedgoods in side up of worth RS.100000
Eway bill-03= for E-commerce operator....
TDF Form- for giving a declaration to up government that v r moving our goods inside from your state to another destination....

There is just little concession about filling returns in GST in fo GSTR-1 & GSTR-2 by the government side.....
That u can fill GSTR-1 before Sep-5 &GSTR-2 before sep-10.

51- about TDS on the payment against supply of Rs. 2.5 lac on a single invoice
52- about TCS...
