Attorney Benjamin Grossman, Partner and head of the India Legal Practice in our office, published an article in the Indian magazine "Legally India", which reviews the economic relations between Israel and India that have been growing stronger over the years. As the article shows, in order to fulfill the prospects, challenges involved must be recognized. Differences in legal instruments and establishments, different regulatory and tax policies are just some of the challenges that must be recognized before entering the Indian market.Given the encouraging trend of the Indian government, leading reforms to encourage foreign investors, and with the support of the Israeli government in a series of bilateral agreements, Indian economy can benefit from Israel's technologies as long as all parties are aware of the challenges And ways to handle them.

Featuring experts on the fostering of sucessful business collaborations between India and Israel, the event was interesting, informative, and paid respect to the evergrowing professional partnership between the two nations.
