שמחנו לארח היום במשרדנו כנס משותף עם EY ו-ACC בנושא תגמול בכירים.
בעידן שבו החלטות תגמול נבחנות לא רק דרך הפריזמה הפיננסית, אלא גם בראי הממשל התאגידי, התקשורת והציבור, דירקטוריונים, יועצים משפטיים והנהלות נדרשים להתמודד עם מציאות מורכבת יותר מאי פעם.
