קבוצת פרופיט מהשחקניות המובילות בתחום התכנון הפיננסי וסוכנויות הביטוח, השלימה עסקה למכירת חלק ממניותיה ללאומי פרטנרס ומשפחת שסטוביץ, לפי שווי של כ670 מיליון ₪!
העסקה משקפת את התחזקות סוכנויות הביטוח, לצד גידול מתמשך בהיקף הנכסים המנוהלים ועלייה בביקוש לליווי פיננסי מקצועי.
גאים ללוות את פרופיט (גם) בעסקה זו ולקחת חלק במהלך משמעותי נוסף בענף הנמצא בצמיחה מואצת.

Another significant transaction in Israel’s insurance and financial services market 🚀
Profit Group, one of the leading players in financial planning and insurance brokerage, has completed a transaction to sell part of its shares to Leumi Partners and the Schestowitz family, at a company valuation of approximately ILS 670 million.
The transaction reflects the continued growth in assets under management and increasing demand for professional financial advisory services.
We are proud to have represented Profit (once again) in this transaction and to take part in another meaningful deal in a rapidly growing sector.

אקסטנד הישראלית תיכנס לנאסד"ק לפי 1.5 מיליארד דולר
גאים ושמחים ללוות את חברת מערכות ההפעלה לרחפנים אקסטנד (XTEND), שעתידה להכנס לנאסד"ק לפי שווי של 1.5 מיליארד דולר בעסקת מיזוג הכוללת השקעה אסטרטגית של 152 מיליון דולר ממשקיעים ובהם גם אריק טראמפ, בנו של נשיא ארה"ב. בתום עסקת המיזוג, הצפי הוא שהחברה המשותפת תיקרא XTEND AI Robotics ותיסחר בנאסד"ק
היה לנו הכבוד ללוות את אביב ומתיאו שפירא (היזמים של אקסטנד), גם בעסקת מכירת החברה הקודמת שייסדו (Replay Technologies) לחברת אינטל.

XTEND to Go Public on Nasdaq at a $1.5 Billion Valuation
We are proud and excited to accompany XTEND, the Israeli drone operating systems company, on its upcoming Nasdaq listing at a valuation of $1.5 billion. The transaction, structured as a merger, includes a $152 million strategic investment from investors, among them Eric Trump, son of the President of the United States.
Following the completion of the merger, the combined company is expected to be named XTEND AI Robotics and to trade on Nasdaq.
We had the privilege to support Aviv and Matteo Shapira, XTEND’s founders, also in the sale of their previous company, Replay Technologies, to Intel.
