How should the legal world continue to engage with the Holocaust, not only as history, but as a source of enduring legal, ethical, and educational responsibility?
IJL is proud to announce the publication of JUSTICE No. 77, a special issue dedicated to Law and the Holocaust.
This important project was initiated by IJL Vice President Rachel Levitan, whose vision and commitment brought it to fruition. With the support and leadership of IJL President Meir Linzen, the idea developed into a powerful special issue that contributes to contemporary legal education, research, and discourse.
The issue brings together an impressive collection of scholarly articles by leading legal experts and academics that explore Holocaust-related legal and ethical questions and their relevance to the legal world today.
We extend our deep appreciation to the authors, editors, and all those who contributed to this important publication.
