🌟 Good News for Caregivers in Israel 💼💰
A positive development is taking shape

There are encouraging signs that caregivers working in Israel may benefit from an increase in their income starting April 2026. Current discussions around the national minimum wage point toward a possible rise of around 3%. This change would directly influence caregiver salaries and related employment benefits.

If this move is finalized, it is expected to lead to the following outcomes.
▪ An estimated monthly increase of about 200 NIS.
▪ Higher calculations for weekly rest days, public holidays, pension contributions, and severance pay.
▪ A potential annual gain of up to 3,000 NIS.

אתמול (18.11.25) נכנס סופסוף לתוקף התיקון לחוק הכניסה לישראל שיאפשר לכל מי שהגיש בקשה הומניטרית בסיעוד לאחר 7/10/23 ועד ליום 15/9/25 לקבל ויזה עבור העובד הזר שלו.
קיימים מספר סייגים בחוק והוא חל בעיקר רק על עובדים שלא היו יותר מ-13 שנים בישראל ביום הגשת הבקשה.
ניתן לפנות אלינו בשאלות נוספות, לפתרונות עבור מי שלא עומד בתנאי החוק או לשם הגשת בקשה בהתאם לחוק.

היום התקיימה בכנסת וועדה לקידום הצעת החוק החדשה שתסיים את תקופת אי האכיפה בסיעוד עליה הוכרז מאז 7.10.23, עבור מי שהגיש בקשה לוועדה ההומניטרית בסיעוד ונדחה.
החדשות העיקריות מהוועדה הן שכל מי שהגיש בקשה הומניטרית ונדחה *עד ליום 15/9/25* (ולא עד 30.4.25 כפי שנקבע קודם) יוכל לקבל אשרה!
מדובר רק על מי שהיה פחות מ-13 שנים בישראל ביום הגשת הבקשה.
החוק עדיין לא בתוקף אולם הוא צפוי לעבור בקרוב תהליך חקיקה קצר בכנסת ולהיכנס בקרוב לתוקף.
יהיה צורך להגיש בקשות בהתאם לחוק, ניתן לפנות אלינו לשם קבלת פרטים נוספים וסיוע בהגשת בקשות.
