"Zionism" - "The movement for the re-establishment, development and protection of a Jewish nation in what is now Israel". Encyclopaedia Britannica

For us, it's always been more than just real estate. It's been about helping Jewish families find their way home.

It's about ZIONISM.

According to TheMarker, "The share prices of publicly traded Israeli real estate companies have fallen by as much as 40% over the past 12 months."

Does this mean we can expect significant price reductions on apartments sold by these companies?

NOT NECESSARILY.

WHY?

Because many of these companies have the financial strength to withstand market fluctuations and wait for prices to recover.

Does this mean it's time to buy from privately owned developers instead?

NOT NECESSARILY.

Many smaller developers are facing financial challenges, insolvencies, and even bankruptcies, which may put their projects at risk of delays or non-completion.

So, who should you buy from today?

The answer varies from one developer to another. To identify developers that are both financially strong and willing to offer meaningful discounts, you need to understand their financial position, track record, business objectives, and the people behind the company.

That's exactly where we come in.
