We will continue fighting terror but we won't always be able to tell you how. 😊

How do you fight someone who doesn't exist?

For Shurat HaDin to fight terror at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, the defendant must be a citizen of a country that is a member of the Court.
Shurat HaDin discovered that in 1950, the residents of Judea and Samaria received citizenship from Jordanian King Abdullah. Many of the PA officials hold Jordanian citizenship and Jordan, which signed on the Rome Convention, is a regular member of the International Court in The Hague.

Shurat HaDin has submitted communications to the Court requesting criminal investigations into these officials by virtue of their Jordanian citizenship.

That's how we fight using the King of Jordan card!

איך נלחמים במי שלא קיים?

כדי להילחם בטרור בבית הדין הבינ"ל בהאג - חייבים לתת לנתבע ייחוס מדיני למדינה החברה בבית הדין בהאג.

שורת הדין מצאה כי כל תושבי יו"ש קבלו ב-1950 אזרחות מהמלך הירדני עבדאללה. רבים מנושאי המשרות ברשות הפלשתינית מחזיקים באזרחות ירדנית וירדן שחתמה על אמנת רומא הינה חברה מן המניין בבית הדין בהאג.

מכוח אזרחותם הירדנית, הגשנו בשורת הדין בקשות להגשת כתב תביעה כנגדם.

כך נלחמים בטרור בעזרת קלף המלך הירדני!

The person in the picture - Maher al-Hashlamun – had already served time in jail but wasn't afraid of returning to terror when he was released. In November 2014 he rammed into people waiting at the Gush Etzion Junction and then went on a stabbing spree, murdering 26-year old Dalia Lemkus.

The Palestinian Authority wanted to pay Maher al-Hashlamun a 12,000 shekel monthly salary. We made sure that money goes to Dalia's family instead.

We will continue the legal and financial struggle against terror organizations.

That's how you get justice!

האיש בתמונה - מאהר אל שלמון - כבר נכנס בעבר לכלא, אך כששוחרר לא חשש לחזור שוב לטרור. הוא דרס מספר אנשים בטרמפיאדה בצומת גוש עציון, ולאחר מכן פצח במסע דקירות. דליה למקוס בת ה-26 נרצחה בפיגוע הנורא.

כעת, את הכסף שרצתה הרשות הפלסטינית לשלם למאהר אל שלמון, משכורת של 12 אלף ש"ח על כל חודש בו הוא נרקב בתא, אנו דואגים להעביר למשפחתה של דליה.
נמשיך להילחם משפטית וכלכלית בארגוני הטרור.

The world already knows: the Iranians must not be allowed to continue financing terror.
The International Financial Action Task Force against money laundering and terror financing has given the Iranians a choice: leave the circle of terror financing and we will allow you to rehabilitate your economy, or continue struggling. Iran chose not to conform to international principles of opposing terror financing and has now been put on a "black list" alongside only North Korea.
The Iranians will continue to spread destruction around the world but the economic noose around their neck won't allow them to do so for much longer >>

The Financial Action Task Force said Iran would stay on its blacklist, and called on member states to sanction the country.
