The communication follows is submitted on my own behalf against the state of concerned, state of Israel, as follows. The international human rights law has been violated repeatedly by the state of Israel in a grossly manner. Those violations led to physical injury, mental suffering, and economical loss to my family and myself while the Israeli domestic remedies are unreasonably prolonged. Moreover
my immediate family and close friends who tried to intervene to assist or prevent has been suffered threats and economical loss, as will be explained below. My family is threatened by national child trafficking, while there is no independent ombudsman we can inform to and the right to leave Israel, freedom of movement, had been violated in the last three years. My name is Ariel, a computational physicist, I have invested my life in education and the acquisition of experience in that field over the last years. Recently, state ministries officers are political and ethnically persecuting and exhausting my freedom to work (The right to development)with the right of self-determination (article 1) and other international human rights. As a victim of legal, social, economical and cultural rights violations, I had to seek justice at the international level due to the absence of “limited judicial activity” relating to these rights, and in the absence of any serious attempt to “induce” the judiciary to recognize them.
