תביעה ייצוגית. מה מטרתה?

לעיתים גופים גדולים חושבים שהם יכולים לעשות "מה שבראש שלהם" ולגרום לנו האזרחים נזק קטן או לא גדול. ואנחנו כאזרחים לא נגיב כי הנזק קטן מידי.

מי שבוצעה לו פעולה של חיוב בכרטיס האשראי עקב גניבת פרטי האשראי מוזמן לפנות אליי בפרטי לבחינת אופציה לתביעה ייצוגית (מי שיפנה אליי יוכל להיות מוגדר כ"תובע ייצוגי". תובע ייצוגי מקבל פיצוי גבוה מאד).

שבוע שעבר הגעתי לחתום על הסכם לרכישת דירה עבור לקוח מניו יורק. הלקוח קונה בפרוייקט שנלר היוקרתי ואנחנו במשרד מלווים אותו ועושים עבורו הכל כולל חתימה על ההסכם/הלוואה/פתיחת חשבון בארץ ועוד ועוד.

מה שתפס את עיניי הייתה דווקא התמונה על הקיר מאחוריי. שלוש נשים עם מספרים על היד. כמובן שמדובר בניצולות שואה. אבל מה הקשר שלהם לחדר ישיבות של משרד עורכי דין בלב ירושלים? כששאלתי- סיפרו לי את הסיפור. שלוש אחיות. שלושתן היו באשוויץ. שרדו ועברו יחד את הזוועות הקשות ביותר שניתן לדמיין. שלושתן עלו ארצה. לשלושתן למעלה מ-60 נינים (נכון ל-2012..). תזכורת יום יומים בחדר הישיבות של המשרד. לעיקר ולטפל. למהותי וללא מהותי. לגלות ולגאולה.
