ייצגנו בהצלחה את דיירי שכונת נוף הרים במבשרת ציון בתביעה שהוגשה כנגד חברה קבלנית בעניין הצמדת גגות- תיקון צו הבית המשותף והשלמת רישומים בלשכת רישום המקרקעין.

ב-1982 התחייבה חברה קבלנית לרשום את הגגות בפרויקט במבשרת ציון בצמוד לכל דירה. 35 שנה חלפו, והתביעה שהגישו הדיירים התקבלה

בית המשפט קבע כי כתב הויתור שעליו נדרש הלקוח לחתום, הדורש ממנו לוותר על כל טענותיו בקשר לרכב לרבות טענות ביחס לאחריות התיקון שביצעה החברה, הוא גורף ביותר וחייב אותה בתשלום מלוא הנזקים וההוצאות בגין עיכוב הרכב במוסך שלא כדין.

יבואנית סיאט דרשה מלקוח לחתום על כתב ויתור כתנאי להוצאת רכבו מתיקון. הוא סירב, ובית המשפט פסק שצ'מפיון מוטורס תשחרר את רכבו ותשלם לו 15 אלף שקל והוצאות משפט
