Nua has announced a 0.40% increase to its PDH (Principal Dwelling House) fixed-rate mortgage products, effective 16 September 2026.

Clients with a formal loan offer can retain their existing rate if the file is Drawdown Approved by 6th October 2026, with a scheduled drawdown date of 7th, 8th, or 9th October 2026.

If funds have not been issued by the scheduled drawdown date, the new rates will apply, or a request for an amended loan offer will be assessed and reissued at the new rates.
