**Another successful JR seeking an order of Certiorari**

Our client was not only refused his family reunion visa with no right of appeal but had also faced imposition of ban for 5 years due to his alleged undeclared immigration history in the UK 🇬🇧. It was self-represented application. After the said serious negative decision excluding him to make a further Irish visa application for 5 years, our office was instructed to represent the client. We reviewed the decision and found that the decision was administratively irrational and unreasonable. We challenged the Minister of Justice in the High Court by way of JR. The JR was settled and our client was invited to make representations to the Minister as to why such ban shouldn’t be reinforced.
