BPOM Regulation No. 10 of 2026 introduces new Nutri-Level labeling rules and affected beverage products must comply by June 17, 2028.

For affected products, preparation may involve confirming product classification, reviewing formulas and nutrition information, updating packaging, and aligning the relevant BPOM registration.

PMK 49/2026 changes how VAT on foreign digital transactions is collected in Indonesia. 💳
