BPOM Regulation No. 10 of 2026 introduces new Nutri-Level labeling rules and affected beverage products must comply by June 17, 2028.

For affected products, preparation may involve confirming product classification, reviewing formulas and nutrition information, updating packaging, and aligning the relevant BPOM registration.

Planning early can help reduce unnecessary redesigns, repeated testing, and unused packaging stock.

PMK 49/2026 changes how VAT on foreign digital transactions is collected in Indonesia. šŸ’³

Effective July 20, 2026, the regulation introduces SPP-TDLN and brings eligible banks and payment providers into the VAT collection process.

This means businesses using overseas SaaS, cloud services, or digital platforms should review how VAT is collected, documented, and reconciled.

Avoid gaps in your cross-border digital tax compliance. Ensure your digital transactions align with the new VAT mechanism: https://www.cekindo.com/services/tax-consulting-in-indonesia/
