It seems that our firm has resumed normal from the fire incident in our neighbour building. However, the building do require further repair works to be done.
本行大致上已回覆正常運作, 但大廈仍需要面對不同的維修工序.

From the Manager of the Building:-

"We regret to inform you as affected by fire accident of the neighbor building happened on 18
October 2025. The main power risers in low-level areas of the building have been damaged, which
has resulted in most of the power supply to major building facilities, including chiller plants, water
supply, fire services, lifts, and public lighting being interrupted.
Replacement materials have already been delivered to the site, and repair work is underway. We are
targeting completion of the riser replacement by 26 October 2025, and will provide confirmation
once the timeline is finalized. Please rest assured that we are doing everything possible to mitigate
the impact on your operations and to ensure safety for all."

Therefore, only limited service will be provided in the meantime.
本行暫時只能提供有限度服務, 期望2025年10月26日回復正常.
