Venus 為註冊加拿大持牌移民顧問(R710215)，是土生土長的香港人，及後留學加拿大，曾居住兩大熱門城市: 溫哥華及多倫多，並畢業於著名學府多倫多大學，最後入籍，成為當地公民。Venus 對於港人的文化及需求，更有深切的了解。隨著工作的關係，經常接觸到不同簽證文件和表格，於是毅然考取 RCIC 的專業執照，發展所長，為客戶提供專業且切身的留學及簽證服務。
Venus 於香港及加拿大均設有辦公室，每年定期到香港及加拿大支援香港人。
