ONC Lawyers is proud to have acted as the Hong Kong legal advisers to LongBio Pharma (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 01779) in its global offering and listing of H Shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Trading in the H Shares commenced on 5 June 2026. At the time of listing, LongBio Pharma has achieved a market capitalisation of approximately HK$7.01 billion, based on 72,930,268 H Shares in issue and an offer price of HK$96.06 per H Share.
LongBio Pharma is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Established in 2020 and located in Shanghai and Changshu, Suzhou, China, it primarily focuses on in-house discovery and development of biopharmaceuticals targeting allergic and autoimmune diseases. It has developed a comprehensive product pipeline for biologic treatments targeting rhinology, dermatology, respiratory, hematology, nephrology and other autoimmune diseases.
ONC team was led by Ms. Angel Wong (Partner) with the support from Mr. Paul Lam (Partner), Ms. Joey Chan (Associate), Ms. Cyran Chen (Trainee Solicitor) and Ms. Sunny Tsang (Corporate Paralegal).
